Demo appointment choices
The site uses session storage for a fictional clinician ID, sample slot and visit mode. It does not ask for symptoms, medical history or payment details. Storage is normally cleared when your browser session ends; you can also cancel the demo appointment in My Care.
Pharmacy examples
Sample pharmacy requests store only predefined request type, country and collection/delivery choices in browser session storage. Clear them on the pharmacy tracking page. No prescription documents or medical details are collected.
Care-team demonstrations
Predefined demo preferences, checklist items, sample permissions and support-case choices may be saved in browser session storage. No messages are delivered and no real permissions are granted. Do not enter real patient information.
Operations demonstrations
The operations preview stores sample provider decisions, organisation choices, slots, entitlement counts and the most recent 30 local actions in browser session storage. These are not an audit trail of real services. Reset the demo in Operations to clear those choices.
Enquiry drafts
The preview creates a text file on your device. It does not send your form contents to a business inbox. Avoid entering medical information. External font requests and hosting access may be processed by their respective providers.
Before a real launch
The operator must publish its verified identity, contact details, purposes, legal bases, processors, international transfers, retention periods and user-rights process. Clinical records require a separate secured system and a reviewed privacy and security design.
